ATLANTA — Atlanta based Chick-fil-A is launching its first new chainwide milkshake flavor in four years.

The company will introduce the new Autumn Spice Milkshake on Sept. 12.

“It’s been four years since we’ve introduced a new milkshake flavor to our customers,” says Beth Hefner from the Chick-fil-A Menu Development Team. “We hope the Autumn Spice Milkshake serves as an exciting kickoff to fall for our customers and that they fall in love with this new tasty treat of the season.”

Chick-fil-A says the milkshake mixes “cinnamon with crunchy bits of brown sugar cookies,” according to a news release.

The restaurant chain is also bringing back the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. It is a grilled version of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and features Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce and tomato.

The two items are seasonal and should disappear from menus on Nov. 12.
