AVONDALE ESTATES, GA — A new, multi-million grant is set to help push forward the shared streets program in a metro Atlanta community.
A $3.4 million grant from the Georgia Department of Transportation will help provide a much needed boost in Avondale Estates, City Manager Patrick Bryant says.
Sidewalks will have more things including cobblestones and curb extensions that would resemble streets you would see in Europe.
