DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A 15-year-old boy was critically injured after he was shot on Thursday morning, according to DeKalb County police.

Officers responded to Rainbow Creek Drive where they found a teenage boy suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to the hospital.

The identity of the victim and current extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.

Investigators told WSBTV that the teen was involved in a dispute that ended in gunfire.

Police did not release any details on possible suspects or motives.
