SOUTH FULTON, GA — A shooting that left one person injured in metro Atlanta is under investigation on Wednesday.

South Fulton police say one person was shot on Cascade Road. The victim was rushed to the hospital. The identity of the victim and current extent of their injury is unknown.

Investigators are calling the shooting “isolated in nature.”

The investigation is ongoing.
