DEKALB COUNTY, GA — An investigation is underway after a shooting near a restaurant in metro Atlanta on Tuesday.

Officers responded to the area near a Caribbean restaurant on Memorial Drive after reports of a shooting.

Police say one person was injured. The current extent of the victim’s injury is unknown.

Investigators are working to determine what led up to the shooting.
