Major Interstate Incidents:

• Perimeter Delays: I-285/eb slows at Roswell Rd. over to I-85.....I-285/wb scattered delays from Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. to Roswell Rd. and again approaching I-75. West side I-285/sb remains slow Hollowell Pkwy. to I-20
• All other major interstates remain delay free in the Metro Atlanta area.

Major Highway & Surface Street Incidents:

• Gwinnett Co. Crash...Buford Dr. ramp to I-85/nb.

Weekend Traffic Report: 

• All construction is as the GA-DOT reports it and is weather-permitting. All lane closures, times, and locations may change and there may also be additional projects. Listen for live updates on AM-750/95.5FM News/Talk WSB.
• Atlanta: Komen Atlanta Race for the Cure 5K Run/Walk...These roads will be blocked on Saturday morning near Atlanta Station in Midtown: I-85/sb ramp to 17th St. from 7:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. I-75/85/nb ramp to 17th. St. from 7:45 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. 17^th Street from Market Street to State Street will close from 6 to 7:30 a.m., 17^th Street from Spring Street to Village Street will close from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., 17^th Street from Spring Street to State Street will close from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.  Spring Street between Peachtree Street and 17^th Street will close at 8:15 a.m. and will reopen at 10:30 a.m. The six-block stretch will be closed to local traffic only. 5^th Street between Spring Street and West Peachtree Street will close at 6 a.m. and will reopen at 10 a.m. The one block stretch will be closed for race site set-up.

• Clayton Co.: I-75/nb/sb between Hwy. 19/41 at Mt. Zion Rd., blocking two lanes in each direction from 9 p.m. Friday - 5 a.m. Monday.
• Cherokee Co.: Bridge Work...I-575/nb at Sixes Rd. (exit 11). Traffic will be paced several times each night (between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.), until May 19th. A lane will also be blocked on Sixes Rd. at I-575.
• Fulton Co.: Bridge Work...I-285/wb (Outer Loop) between GA-400 and Roswell Rd., blocking two lanes from 9 p.m. Friday - 5 a.m. Saturday. This closure may last past 5 a.m., if the work is not complete.
