More than 400 students attended a candlelight vigil Monday night to remember a Kennesaw State University student who was killed over the weekend in a car crash.
Isaac Thomas died when he ran into the back of a boat that was being pulled by a vehicle that had pulled off of a Gilmer County road.
“It’s really great to see the support and love, that one guy could impact so many people,” classmate James Faucetta told Channel 2 Action News. “All I could do is smile and cry because of all the fun times we had.”
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the accident, but has filed no charges in the case.
