A new study finds that more seniors are using marijuana than ever before.

One out of every seven people 65 and older admits using pot in the last month, according to a study in the American Medical Association Journal.

That rate was about one in every 100 seniors just 20 years ago.

A majority are using marijuana for recreation and not for other medical purposes.

It says older women are more likely to use it than men.
