NEWNAN, GA — Newnan police have arrested a man accused of using a cell phone to look under a women’s restroom stall at a local Hobby Lobby.

Investigators say 30-year-old Terry Keet faces Peeping Tom charges after the incident at the store on Bullsboro Drive. Two employees told officers they saw Keet leaving the women’s restroom.

He is being held without bond at the Coweta County Jail.
