A parapro at a Forsyth County middle school is being held in the Forsyth County jail without bond on sex charges.

Karleen Chalker, Spokeswoman for the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, tells WSB they began an investigation after officials at Riverwatch Middle School notified them.

"A student there at the middle school had made an outcry to some of the officials at the school," said Chalker.

26-year-old Marvin Shane Pilcher of Suwanee, has been charged with one count of sexual battery against a minor.
