It was another long night in the DeKalb County jail for Andrea Sneiderman and it looks like another long day too.

A DeKalb County judge granted Sneiderman bond on Tuesday, but she must pay at least of the $500,000 bond in cash. The family can use one of their properties as collateral to pay the other half.

Once she comes up with the money, it is expected to take three to eight hours to complete her release. Sneiderman will have to be fitted with an ankle monitor and surrender her and her kid’s passports. Then she will stay with her parents under house arrest until the trial.

Judge Gregory Adams filed the paperwork for her release around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Sneiderman’s parents, lawyer and rabbi were at the jail, but left without her.

Prosecutors say Sneiderman, 36, and her former boss Hemy Neuman plotted to killer Andrea’s husband Rusty Sneiderman in November 2010. Neuman was convicted earlier this year for the murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Sneiderman was arrested Aug. 2 at the family’s lake house. She has previously denied having any involvement in her husband’s murder and says she was not having a romantic relationship with Neuman.
