Help!
I have double paned windows and every morning lately when I look at them, or out them, I see moisture between the panes of glass. It's like it's raining in my windows. How can I stop it, or at least clean it? - Anne in Morningside

What has happened to your window is that, short answer, the seal has been compromised and you are the proud recipient of condensation.
There are a couple of things you can do. Often double-paned windows will have a pretty good warranty which may help you out in this situation…
Or you can just replace the window with a new one.
Or if that is not an option, you can drill a couple of holes (small) on the bottom of the frame on the exterior pane to permit the excessive moisture to drain out. This will also help equalize the humidity in the window and may reduce the condensation.
One thing that is not so practical is to have the window re-sealed. There are companies who claim they can do it, but it is almost never the optimal solution.
Sorry I don’t have better news. Sometimes windows can be a real pane.
