Mike Shields has been part of the WSB-TV Family since February 2022. He is the traffic anchor on Channel 2 Action News This Morning. Mike is Metro Atlanta native now living his dream leading Triple Team Traffic on the station he grew up watching. Mike grew up in Cobb and Paulding counties. He has spent his broadcast career all over the state before joining WSB Radio in 2018. He is an avid Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan. When he's not covering metro Atlanta's notorious traffic, he spends his time with his wife, son and two dogs.
