TAMPA, Fla. — Kirby Smart had a critique about talking season at his appearance at SEC media days.

He worries too much of the chatter around the sport is now focused on governance and not on the on-field product.

“I think this time in college football, the landscape of college football, that’s all the talking heads want to talk about,” Smart said.
