FAYETTEVILLE, GA — A production studio in metro Atlanta is finding new ways to pivot amid the slowdown in film and television production in Georgia.

At a summit held this week, CEO Frank Patterson said Trillith Studios in Fayetteville is making a strong effort to dedicate facilities and resources not only to large budget productions, but also to independent content creators.

The shift comes after spending on films in Georgia fell from a record $4.4 billion in 2022 to $2.6 billion last year.
