The custody fight between Andrea Sneiderman and her in-laws might not be over, but both sides are working towards a solution.

Attorneys for both sides held a status conference before a judge at the Fulton County Courthouse on Thursday.

Don and Marilyn Sneiderman are asking for greater visitation with their grandkids, the children of Rusty and Andrea Sneiderman.

Rusty was shot and killed outside of Dunwoody Prep by Hemy Neuman on November 18, 2010.

Andrea and Neuman were rumored to have an affair leading up to the murder, and Rusty Sneiderman's family has alleged that Andrea played a role in the killing.

Andrea Sneiderman's attorneys want conditions set for Don and Marilyn Sneiderman to visit with the children.

Sophia is 6.  Ian is now 3.

The judge has scheduled another status conference for June 28.  In the meantime, attorneys for the two sides plan on continuing their talks.

Progress, it would seem, is being made.  This weekend the Sneiderman's will be taking their grandchildren to dinner and will spend all day with them on Saturday.
