ATLANTA — With Labor Day weekend approaching, officials expect the world’s busiest airport to have a major increase of passengers through next Wednesday.

Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport officials announced they are expecting 2.3 million passengers through Wednesday Sept. 3.

Those who plan to fly out of Atlanta should prepare to arrive early to have enough time to get through long lines.
