A 19-year-old man has been arrested for flashing a child at the Decatur library.  19-year-old Johnta Baker, who has been arrested in the past, apparently flashed a little boy late last week in the middle of the afternoon.  He then committed another a lewd act.

A parent and a bystander tried to stop Baker, but he fled and was eventually caught.

Baker has been charged with child molestation, criminal trespass, and two counts of officer obstruction.  Bail has been set at $53-thousand.

According to Erica Byfield of Channel 2 Action News, court records show this makes Baker's third arrest in DeKalb County. In 2010, he was taken into for disorderly conduct.  One year later, he was charged with several counts of criminal trespass and simple assault.  Earlier this year, Baker pleaded guilty to the 2011 charges.
