DECATUR, GA — Multiple law enforcement agencies arrested a man who was wanted in connection to a shooting in 2024 in metro Atlanta.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit, with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Clayton County Police Department arrested 21-year-old Davion Jermarie Knox at a Richardson Parkway residence in Clayton County.
According to warrants, Knox is accused of firing multiple gunshot rounds at individuals and residences on Feb. 10, 2024 at 903 Stonebridge Cres and 898 Stonebridge Cres.
Knox was wanted on a series of criminal warrants extending from an alleged drive-by shooting incident in Lithonia. He is charged with 31 felonies which include multiple counts of Aggravated Assault with Intent to Murder, Violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, and Criminal Damage to Property First Degree, police officials said.
No injuries were reported.
Knox was taken to the DeKalb County Jail where he is being held without bond.
