SMYRNA, GA — A Cobb County judge has denied bond for a man accused of murdering and dismembering a woman at a metro Atlanta apartment last month.

Smyrna police responded to the Park Valley Apartments on Valley Parkway last month after a woman reported seeing a man carrying a large plastic tote containing a body.

Smyrna Police Detective Nate Wachowiak says authorities found two saws and the smell of bleach in the blood-stained apartment of 18-year-old Kingston Bradley

“When the officers went up to the bin, they looked inside and there was a dismembered person inside the bin,” Wachowiak said.

Family members of Tia Mosley listened to a police detective describe the gruesome discovery of her remains.

Police also found carpet cleaner, a bucket with water and a wet mop and reported smelling bleach inside the apartment, officials previously said.

Last month, Bradley was charged with concealing a death and is being held without bond.
