Gwinnett County police have said they have apprehended at least one person following a shooting outside the Mall of Georgia.

Gunfire was reported in the area around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night as a security guard rushed to investigate.

Police were able to track down a suspect, caught running from the scene. A second person is also being questioned about the shooting.

Meanwhile, the victim is being treated at a hospital.
