ATLANTA — A Georgia man was arrested and faces federal charges after being accused of dealing more than 40 kilos of methamphetamine.
After months on the run, federal prosecutors say Garry Haggins evaded Georgia State Troopers following a chase earlier this year.
Officials say Haggins picked up drugs in a parking lot in Ellenwood.
He was arrested last month in Oklahoma and arraigned in federal court in Atlanta on Wednesday.
Haggins faces possession with the intent to distribute meth charges.
