BROOKHAVEN, GA — North Druid Hills Road in Brookhaven has reopened after a gas leak shut down access to the road and the surrounding neighborhood between Buford Highway and Goodwin Road.
WSB’s Triple Team Traffic earlier reported seeing a Brookhaven police car block off the northbound lanes of North Druid Hills Road on Tuesday afternoon.
For vehicles headed southbound on North Druid Hills Road, traffic was directed off onto Goodwin Road.
DeKalb Fire Department was on the scene, and a firetruck had blocked access to E Roxboro Road.
Should delays persist, it is recommended to use Lenox Road as an alternate.
