The Fulton County jail is the subject of a new class-action lawsuit.

After numerous reports of violence, murders, and even bed bugs, attorney Michael Harper says the time for talk is over.

“We want a federal judge to declare that the Fulton County jail is treating detainees in an unconstitutional manner,” Harper said

He is one of the attorney’s representing several inmates hurt or killed while in custody in their suit against the jail, the Chief Jailer and the Fulton County Sheriff.

One of the plaintiffs includes a defendant in the high-profile YSL case who was stabbed during the trial.
