ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines is sued by passengers over windowless seats.

It’s part of a class action lawsuit, which also includes United Airlines.

Passengers claim they bought window seats, but when they got to their seats, there was no window.

Plaintiffs are asking for millions of dollars in damages on behalf of over a million passengers, who paid more for the premium seats.

Neither airline is commenting on the lawsuit.
