ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Alpharetta police say one of two men they wanted in connection to a killing at the Manchester at Mansell apartment complex last week has turned themselves in.
Police were called out to the complex around 10:30 p.m. Thursday for a reported shots fired call. When officers arrived, they found out that a fight had started between several people where guns were fired.
One person was killed by the gunfire.

Surveillance video from the complex showed two men running from the scene right after the shooting. They have been identified as Zion Azure Javon Heyward and Jaycob Lawrence Allen-Jones.
Officers confirmed to Channel 2 Action News Tuesday night that Heyward has turned himself in.
Allen-Jones is still on the run and is considered to be armed and dangerous.
In addition to being wanted for murder, Alpharetta police said the two have active warrants out for them for an aggravated assault and armed robbery that happened on July 9.
