The attorney for the widow of a man shot to death in the parking lot of his son's Dunwoody preschool, is now in trouble herself.

On Thursday morning, Atlanta police pulled 33-year-old Jennifer Little over after an officer clocked her going 91 mph in a 55 mph zone.

While she refused field and chemical sobriety tests, she was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Little was hired by Andrea Sneiderman in mid-March during the trial of her former boss, Hemy Neuman.  He was found guilty, but mentally ill in the shooting death of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman.

Meantime, Sneiderman herself could face criminal charges.

A DeKalb County grand jury has subpoenaed WSB TV for the filming of all of Andrea Sneiderman's testimony during Neuman's trial.

District Attorney Robert James has said he believes Sneiderman was involved in her husband's death.
