A commercial property development firm is set to unveil renderings Friday of a new $800 Million entertainment complex in Clayton County. Located on Jonesboro Road, the entertainment complex will span 26 acres and is described as “futuristic” and “state-of-the-art”.
The complex will address the need for a mixed-use development in Clayton County and is anticipated to bring close to $100,000,000 a year in economic impact.
Phase one of the development is scheduled to be completed by August 2023.
