Ten Dacula High School students are in trouble after a batch of brownies laced with marijuana was brought to the campus.

Gwinnett County School System Spokesman Jorge Quintana says the incident happened last Wednesday, and word quickly spread that an 11th grader was responsible.

"They contacted the student and determined that there was a total of ten students who received the brownies after the student handed them out to them," said Quintana.

Quintana says the student admitted bringing the spiked brownies to school, but it is unclear if any of them were eaten.

The students will all have to go before a hearing before March 1st.

"The students are going to a hearing and they're going to be facing a panel of administrators who will decide what kind of consequences they'll be facing," said Quintana.

No word on what the range of punishment could be.  They will not be facing criminal charges.
