For the second time this year, a customer is carted out of the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas on a stretcher. 

Owner Jon Basso says they've posted warnings all over the place. "We label the door; we label the menu; we do everything necessary to assure that people know how bad that we are for you," he said.

Basso says the woman was drinking, smoking and eating a double bypass burger when she suffered an apparent heart attack.  She was rushed to the hospital, but is expected to recover.
