DEKALB COUNTY, GA — A 33-year-old Georgia murder suspect was arrested after being accused of beating a man to death last month.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit and U.S. Marshals arrested Decatur man Scott Waters. He faces felony murder charges.

Waters is currently being held without bond in the DeKalb County Jail.
