What is this bug on my tomatoes and sunflowers?

Q: What is this bug on my tomatoes and sunflowers?

A: Looks like a type of leaf-footed bug, which are in the same family as stink bugs. When they get to your veggies, they’ll make a hole and stick their snouts right into the fruit. Start by picking them off. If that’s not enough, use Spinosad or insecticidal soap, which are both safe on food. But note, Spinosad is highly toxic to beneficial bees.
