Two people have died after contracting cyclospora in Michigan, according to state health officials.
Officials say both people had significant underlying health conditions that may have been affected by the stomach illness and dehydration.
The outbreak in Michigan and nine other states has been linked to lettuce from Taylor Farms served at Taco Bell.
Michigan has reported more than 11,000 cases of the illness.
Health officials say cases have been reported in 45 states, including Georgia.
