ATLANTA — A man who was on the Atlanta Police Department’s top 10 most wanted fugitive list in connection with a deadly shooting in 2023 has been arrested.

Atlanta Police officials say they shared the information with the U.S. Marshals Service and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office about Jonathan Soto.

Authorities later worked together to execute the warrant on Wednesday and arrest Soto without incident.

Soto was wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred on Feb. 4, 2023, at 990 Brady Ave. in Atlanta.

“APD thanks its law enforcement partners for their assistance in bringing him into custody,” Atlanta police officials said.

Soto is now in the custody of Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, officials add.
