SOUTH FULTON, GA — The City of South Fulton is continuing mosquito spraying Thursday at Welcome All Park after mosquitoes collected there tested positive for West Nile virus.

Officials say the spraying began Wednesday after mosquito traps at the park detected the virus.

Welcome All Park will remain open during the spraying. Signs have been posted to alert visitors about the situation.

Earlier this month, the city closed Old National Park because of positive West Nile cases.
