The ninth and final suspect in a North Carolina-to-Atlanta kidnapping plot has turned herself in to the FBI.
29-year old Patricia Kramer was not initially named in connection with the scheme to kidnap North Carolina prosecutor Colleen Janssen.
Prosecutors say the kidnapping crew went to the wrong address more than once.
Kramer allegedly paid for the planned outings to abduct Janseen and got the incorrect addresses that first led them to Louisiana and later to the home of Janssen's father, Frank.
Frank Janssen was kidnapped on April 5, and was later rescued at an apartment in southeast Atlanta.
Kramer is charged along with alleged ring leader Kelvin Melton, Michael Montreal Gooden, Tianna Maynard, Jakym Camel Tibbs, Quantavious "Kirkwood Quan" Thompson, Clifton James Roberts, Jenna Palin Martin and Jevante Price. Melton allegedly wanted payback for being put in prison for life by Colleen Janssen.
