Nearly 60% of women in Georgia say they regularly feel mentally overwhelmed, according to a new nationwide survey.

The survey of more than 3,000 women ranked Georgia 25th nationally for women feeling mentally overwhelmed. The findings equate to an estimated 2,670,390 adult women across the state.

Finances emerged as the largest source of mental load, with nearly 40% of women identifying money as a concern.

Other sources of stress included personal health, household responsibilities, work, relationships or marriage and caring for children or parents.

Maine ranked highest in the survey, with 82% of women surveyed in the state saying they regularly feel mentally overwhelmed.

Nevada ranked lowest at 25%.
