FULTON COUNTY, GA — Multiple law enforcement officers in metro Atlanta arrested a suspect who was wanted for attempted first degree murder and other crimes that happened out of state.

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Roswell Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service assisted in the arrest of Kenneth Spruill, officials said.

Spruill was one of three perpetrators wanted for a violent incident in Tennessee, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation alerted Roswell Police requesting assistance in finding and arresting Spruill.

Spruill was located in the City of Hapeville and taken into custody without incident.

“This arrest demonstrates the power of working together to apprehend dangerous criminals and keep our communities safe,” Sheriff Patrick “Pat” Labat said.

Spruill faces multiple charges in Tennessee including First Degree Murder (Attempt), Especially Aggravated Burglary, Especially Aggravated Robbery and Theft of Property.
