COBB COUNTY, GA — A man faces charges after being accused of damaging several Flock cameras in the metro Atlanta area.

Cobb County Police Sgt. Eric Smith says 25-year-old Colby Williams damaged cameras at East Cobb Park and a Home Depot in Marietta.

Smith says two of the cameras caught fire and a third was hit by bullets.

Williams is charged with arson and criminal damage to property, among other charges.

It’s the latest reported vandalism in metro Atlanta amid growing public concern about surveillance by Atlanta-based Flock Safety.
