DEKALB COUNTY, GA — DeKalb County police have arrested a suspect after a 42-year-old man was shot and killed in a neighborhood near Briarcliff Road.

Officers found the victim outside a home on Fisher Trail.

Police believe an argument and fight led 24-year-old Parke Russell to shoot the man.

Russell has been arrested and is being charged with murder.

This is an ongoing investigation.
