FULTON COUNTY, GA — It’s day two of motions hearings in the Fulton County case of Robert Aaron Long, who is accused of a deadly spa shooting spree which killed eight people in 2021.
On Tuesday, Long’s lawyers are fighting the domestic terrorism charge he faces, which is a charge allowing for the death penalty.
The defense argues the law is unconstitutional because the general assembly didn’t follow protocol in passing it.
