A recall involving frozen pasta sold at Walmart has expanded nationwide and now includes Georgia over possible listeria contamination.
The recall involves Bettergoods Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine sold in 22-ounce yellow packages.
The original recall was announced Sept. 15 and covered two lots of the frozen pasta. The recall has since expanded to include any 22-ounce bag of the product nationwide.
No illnesses have been reported.
Listeria infections can cause serious illness and can be deadly for some people, particularly those with weakened immune systems.
Consumers are urged to throw away the recalled pasta or return it to Walmart for a full refund.
