ATLANTA — Police in Atlanta have asked for the public’s help in the search for a missing man with dementia.

Police say 80-year-old George Sheppard was last seen at the 1100 block of Joseph E Boone Blvd NW on Monday morning.

Atlanta police say Sheppard ate breakfast at 7 a.m. and he has not been seen since that time.

Sheppard was last seen wearing a navy blue and while Polo shirt, blue pants, and white shoes. He is described as 5′8″ tall with brown eyes is bald.

He was previously located off Metropolitan, police said.
