DEKALB COUNTY, GA — A person was seriously injured in a metro Atlanta shooting on Wednesday.

DeKalb County police officers responded to the 3400 block of Blazing Pine Path after reports of a shooting.

The shooting victim was rushed to the hospital. Their identity and current extent of their injuries are unknown.

Police are investigating what led up to the shooting.
