HALL COUNTY, GA — A North Georgia sheriff faces multiple charges including DUI after being arrested on Friday.
Jail records show Hall County Sheriff Gerald Couch was arrested for DUI, failure to maintain lane and an open container violation.
He has been sheriff of Hall County since 2012.
He recently returned to the job after going on leave late last year for unknown health reasons.
