COBB COUNTY, GA — Cobb County investigators have identified and arrested the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run on South Cobb Drive at Waldrep Circle on Nov. 15.
The driver is identified as 33-year old Smyrna man Armando Cruz Sanchez. He was charged with hit-and-run, driving without a valid license, and tampering with evidence.
The pedestrian was transported to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital with serious injuries. The identity of the pedestrian was not released.
