The Children of Children’s is hosted by 14-year-old Lex Stolle and focuses on stories from the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.  Tune in the first Sunday of each month at 1PM to hear the inspirational stories of the Unsung Heroes of Children's, as well as current and former patients- all from the unique perspective of a former patient and teenager!

He examines the impact treatment has had on other school age children, and their families, while discussing how important events like Care-A-Thon are to him and others. This week’s guests include CHOA program coordinator Katie Rutherford, pediatric nurse practitioner Christie Powell, and WSB’s Alex Williams.

Join Lex Stolle, leukemia survivor and kid radio host extraordinaire, as he interviews other survivors and their famillies and communities about their journeys with childhood cancer. Today on the program is Luke Key, who had the same kind of leukemic blood cancer as Lex. Then, Mr. Ken Sobaski, CEO of America's Thrift Stores joined to talk about his company's efforts to support WSB Radio's Care-a-Thon and the AFLAC Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
