Earlier this week, North Georgia and Metro Atlanta endured a cluster of thunderstorms that rolled through the region late Monday night through early Tuesday morning.
Once again, thunderstorms are in the forecast for tonight and into early Friday morning. Some of the storms may be capable of a few damaging wind gusts that could knock down trees and powerlines.
The Storm Prediction Center has outlined an area of Marginal Risk for severe storms this evening. Wind gusts as high as 60 mph are possible with these storms.
