Good news for this weekend!
A cold front swept the warm and muggy air out of Metro Atlanta, and now cooler, drier air will settle into the region through the weekend.
Expect chilly mornings as temperatures dip into the mid 40s, which is on par for the average lows for this time of year.
Afternoon highs will also trend close to average with afternoon temperatures in the mid to upper 60s.
Low humidity for the next several days means rain showers will not be in the forecast through the end of next week.
