We’re going over the timing and the areas that could see the most rain on 95.5 WSB.

A flash flood warning for parts of metro Atlanta expired at 4:15 a.m. but a new flash flood watch in effect for northeast Georgia counties.

Here is what to expect as we head throughout Tuesday:

  • Another 1-2 inches of rain possible across north Georgia today.
  • Main flooding concerns will be urban and low-lying areas. Watch out for any additional flooding on the roads.
  • Rain showers, storms to continue into Wednesday
  • Trending toward drier weather for weekend

And as we all know -- when the weather is bad, so is traffic. 95.5 WSB is here to help you navigate both. Be sure to download our Triple Team Traffic Alerts App for updates on potential backups on the roads.
