A flash flood warning for parts of metro Atlanta expired at 4:15 a.m. but a new flash flood watch in effect for northeast Georgia counties.
Here is what to expect as we head throughout Tuesday:
- Another 1-2 inches of rain possible across north Georgia today.
- Main flooding concerns will be urban and low-lying areas. Watch out for any additional flooding on the roads.
- Rain showers, storms to continue into Wednesday
- Trending toward drier weather for weekend
